Kuy Chheng Lay, train worker, confessed that Ung Ka, supervisor of economic warehouse of Phnom Penh train, received Norng Moeun's plots to attack the party in April, June, August and December 1976. Ung Ka left fishes decaying. Seeing that Ung Ka let the economic groups cook them. Ung Ka was inclined to make workers furious at the Angkar.
គុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ុង កា អ្នកកាន់ ឃ្លាំងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញថាៈ ធ្លាប់បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីនង មឿនពីផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៤, ៦, ៨ និងខែ១២-១៩៧៦។ អ៊ុង កា បានទុកត្រីឱ្យស្អុយរលួយទើបហៅសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមកបើកយកទៅ ស្លធ្វើបែបនេះដើម្បីឱ្យកម្មករខឹងនឹងអង្គការ។
