Summary / Abstract :

Keo Samnang was Deputy Chief of Eastern Zone troops. [Samanang]joined the CIA in 1952. In 1966, [Samnang]infiltrated Pol Pot's line and formed many Free Khmer troops in Region 24. [Samnang]asked for s upplies from the Vietnamese. [Samnang]planned to attack the militia and cause conflict between Angkar and soldiers. All of these activities were told by Sophan.
