Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Ngan Thon [allegedly]was the commander of Battalion 302 in Northern Zone. In 1975, [Thon]started getting involved with Sinuon, chief of SKD Khmer brewery, in conducting betrayal by ordering h is soldiers to retreat where the enemies strongly pushed in, resulting in the defense line being broken and the deaths of many of our soldiers. In 1975, [Thon]was appointed to Commander of Regiment, p ositioned in Ratanak Kiri. [Thon]then gathered traitorous forces, hid rice and food supplies in reserve for attacking the revolution, destroyed factories, and arranged a plan to poison cadres.
