In the official letter to the United Nations Thai government said Cambodia did not respond to the repeated calls by Thailand, demanding Cambodia take responsibility for the attacks. The Thai Crown Pri nce presided over a funeral ceremony for 13 soldiers and Border Patrol Policemen who died during an ambush by the Khmer Rouge at Ban Noi Parai Village in Prachinburi Province.
