Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1963, Meuk Snguon [allegedly]was a sleuth assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge activities. In 1970, [Snguon]joined the CIA, and started to conduct action. [Snguon]then let enemies come and kill people an d bomed rice stores. During 1975-76, [Snguon]served for a battalion in Region 22, then destroyed people's rice. In 1977, [Snguon]was sent by Angkar to Region 23, and again destroyed rice, crops and hi d food supplyies in reserve for attacking the Khmer Rouge. In August 1977, [Meuk Snguon]was arrested by Angkar.
