Summary / Abstract :

Kaom Chan [allegedly]was a militaman in Region 43, Centeral Zone and started to conduct traitorous action from 1970. [Chan]built up CIA forces in military lines and did not behave according to what An gkar had assigned, such as demolishing people's big houses and rebuilding small houses instead, and seizing people's properties to try to make them distrust Pol Pot. In 1976, [Chan]planned an attack o n the Khmer Rouge and blew up ammunition warehouses in Kampong Cham Province. On 19 September, 1977, [Kaom Chan]was arrested by Angkar.
