Summary / Abstract :

Say At [allegedly]entered the CIA in 1974. In 1975, [At]became a member of a mobile work brigade in the Northwest. Among the traitorous activities, [At]formed a CIA group among the people, destroyed p roperty and plantations of over 70 hectars of land. [At]worked with In Tam troops to build up a traitorous group in order to attack the revolution. On 12 November, 1977, [At]was arrested by Angkar.
