Summary / Abstract :

Min Kimheng was educated by his mother to be a CIA spy in 1970 and to work with the Vietnamese in order to spy on the Khmer Rouge revolution. [Kimheng]then built up CIA forces inside the military and civilian ranks, aimed to oppose Khmer Rouge. [Kimheng]also destroyed rice, crops and agricultural tools, reported to enemies to drop bombs, and undermined the strategic battle plan of Pol Pot. On 3 Au gust, 1977, [Min Kimheng]was arrested by Angkar.
