Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1969, Ouch At [allegedly]spied on the Khmer Rouge in Region 15 and 33, and reported to the police. In 1971, [At]infiltrated a unity in Region 33 and worked as a messenger. In 1976, [At]was responsi ble for controlling cars and petrol in Russei Keo. [At]deliberately destroyed cars and spoiled their petrol when was assigned to repair them. On 13 January, 1978, [Ouch At]was arrested by Angkar.
