Hay Chamreon testified about Phoan. [Phoan][allegedly]joined Vietnamese troops in 1970. In 1971, [Phoan]was taken back by Angkar and became superintendant of a platoon in Kratie Province. [Phoan]start ed traitorous activities in 1973. [Phoan]encouraged combatants to desert the line and inpired people to join the enemy. However, [Phoan]reported those people's names to Angar in attempt to use Angkar to kill them. In 1976, [Phoan]was involved in plans against Angkar and killed high-ranking cadres. Then [Phoan]was arrested.
