Summary / Abstract :

During his visits to various countries and at the United Nations General Assembly, Prince Sihanouk said that the Cambodian government had to close its country for at least another two years so that th e Cambodians would be able to creatively build their country without foreign interference. However, the exception could be made for real friends of Cambodia. Sihanouk also warned Thailand that it shou ld not be too confident over its military power.
