Kul Dorn, 23, Chief of Platoon, Battalion 17, Regiment 117, was born in Rormeas Hek Village, Rormeas Sub-district, Rormeas Hek District, Svay Rieng Province. He worked as a soldier in Rormeas Hek District from 1970 to 1971. He then worked for Regiment 13 under the leadership of Phuon and Phan. After that, Phuon and Phan educated Dorn to serve the Free Khmer movement to infiltrate into cell to conduct activities to convince soldiers to resist Angkar and to leave weapons behind and flee home. In 1975, Phuon and Phan assigned Dorn to infiltrate into unit 502 to conduct activities to destroy material and prepare for July 1976 plans to destroy warehouse and materials located in Pochentong.
គល់ ឌន អាយុ ២៣ ឆ្នាំ ប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូច វរៈសេនាតូច ១៧ វរៈសេនាធំ ១១៧ កើតនៅភូមិរមាសហែក ឃុំរមាស ស្រុក រមាសហែក ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ចូលធ្វើកងទព័ស្រុករមាសហែកឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ដល់ ១៩៧១ មកនៅកងវរៈសេនាធំ ១៣ ក្រោមការ ដឹកនាំរបស់ ភួន និង ផាន បន្ទាប់មក ភួន និង ផាន បានអប់រំ ឌន ឱ្យចូលបំរើចលនាខ្មែរសេរី ដើម្បីបង្កប់ក្នុងកង ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ចលនាយុទ្ធជនប្រឆាំងអង្គការ ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលអាវុធ ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ។ ១៩៧៥ ភួន និង ផាន បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យ ឌន បង្កប់ក្នុងអង្គភាព ៥០២ ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ និង ត្រៀមចាំផែនការខែ ៧-១៩៧៦ កំទេចឃ្លាំងសាំង កំទេចសម្ភារៈ សំខាន់ ដែលមាននៅពោធិចិនតុង។
