Kem Chheang confessed that in 1967, he attended the meeting with Put Chrorn, chief of Mesang district, region 20, at Remeas Hek district. During the meeting, Sophat arranged the plans to carry out and introduced his network to know Chheang and Chrorn.
កិម ឈាង បាន សារភាពថា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ ពុត ជ្រង លេខាស្រុកមេសាង តំបន់ ២០ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៧ នៅស្រុករមាស ហែក។ ពេលនោះ ឈ្មោះ សុ ផាត បានណែនាំឱ្យសមាជិក ទាំងអស់ស្គាល់គ្នាជាខ្សែរយៈ ហើយបានដាក់ផែនការដើម្បីយក មកអនុវត្ដ។
