Summary / Abstract :

On July 24, 1977, about 150 Cambodian soldiers raided the Thai Border Patrol Police outpost in Kap Choeng Sub-district of Surin Province, which is five kilometers from the border. The Khmer Rouge kill ed five Thai officers, four immediate family members of the officers, burnt down three houses and destroyed communication equipment and vehicles.
