In 1970, Sok Heng, [allegedly]a Chief of Group 3, joined the revolution. After [Heng]entered the CIA in 1974, [Heng]betrayed the revolution, and inspired people to become CIA members. [Heng]participat ed in attacking cadres of the revolution. [Heng]incited people to destroy the property and agricultural plans of Angkar. Finally, [Sok Heng]was arrested by Angkar.
