Summary / Abstract :
In 1967, Ngem Pho, alias Keo, joined the CIA. [Keo]inspired people to oppose the revolution and spied for a Chief of the CIA agent named Neak Khmao. In 1968, Angkar transferred Keo to a rural area. Th ere, [Keo]talked evil about the party's independence line. In 1971, while working as Secretary of Ponhea Leu Division, [Keo]spread traitors to the capital and inspired the revolution's men to join the enemy and hide ammunition. In 1975, [Keo]became Under Secretary of Region 15. Then [Keo]spoke against the revolution, complaining about collectivism, lack of freedom, indequate rations and encouraged peasants not to give rice to Angkar.
