Kak Thik called Phally was arrested by Angkar on August 2, 1978 and taken to S-21, then [Kak Thik]ran away from S-21 and planned to flee to Vietnam. While planning to escape, [Kak Thik]went to Prek Ho u and stole people' s boats and had meals in traitors' places, from one area to another. When arriving at Tuol Thmor, Sangkat Prek Ponlea, Srok 18, [Kak Thik]was seen by children who immediately repor ted it. [Kak Thik]was arrested my militiamen at 11 am.
