Summary / Abstract :
Yoeng Chhan, a combatant of Police Unit, became a White Khmer in 1972. He testified against Pheap who was in the same unit with him. He testified that Pheap had joined the White Khmer and had formed a nd built up the White Khmer in the Khmer Rouge unit in 1974. In 1975, Angkar had assigned him to work in a factory. In the factory, Tara had helped form a traitorous troop in an attempt to destroy lat hes and the locomotive of a train by setting a bomb
