Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Yim Proeung, [allegedly]responsible for logistics in Kampong Thom Province, joined the revolution. [Proeung]was indoctrinated by Khem to give poisonous injections to injure combatants and to incite people to hate the revolution. In 1974, [Proeung]ordered troops to retreat, in an attempt to give the enemy a chance to attack from behind.
