Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1968, Yy Luy [allegedly]was in Prey Sor prison. After he was released in 1970, he infiltrated the revolution. He built up relations with Region 24 and started his traitorous activities with a plan to attack Cheu Kach Mountain in his position as Chief of Staff of Battalion, Division 170, Eastern Zone. He collaborated in hiding food, weapons and military supplies to support troops to attack the p arty in 1978. After the liberation of Phnom Penh, on 21 May 1976, he was arrested by Angkar.
