Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Saing Khan joined the revolution as an Investigation Chief and was later a combatant in Battalion 305. In 1973, [Saing Khan]joined the Workers' Party of Kampuchea, committed traitorous action s, encouraged the units to join the Workers' Party, allowed troops to conquer factories and inspired combatants to desert the defense line. After the 1975 liberation day, [Khan]went to live in Kampong Som, encouraged workers to dislike the revolution, destroyed items in the warehouse, mixed rocks with rice when preparing it for export, and exported out of date rubber to China so that China felt di ssatisfied with the revolution. The person committed the actions until January 20, 1977 when arrested by Angkar.
