Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Kang Kan [allegedly]joined the CIA, and took part in the revolution in the Northwest Zone. When, [Kan]was a member of the revolution, [Kan]inspired people to join the CIA and lobbied them not to serve the military. In 1973, [Kan]was a member of company and inspired combatants to flee from the battle field and join the enemy. In 1975, [Kan]suggested that Thailand share a land concession fo r preparing a military force, sending goods to Thailand and reporting Angkar's plan. [Kan]planned to burn grain mills. On September 17, 1977, [Kang Kan]was arrested.
