Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1950, Ly Hakk hid himself in the Free Khmer network, and in 1954, contacted Veng Ky in the CIA network in Kaosu Kreb. Khurn was a CIA leader in Stung Treng. In 1970, [Hakk]hid in the revolution and joined the Workers' Party as a messenger in the Eastern and Northern Zone, in 1971. [Hakk]burned rice stores and attacked government cars. In 1975, [Hakk]was introduced by Khurn to work in a garage i n Phnom Penh. At the garage, [Hakk]inspired the workers to destroy the revolution, and improperly repair the cars. Following the advice of Khurn, [Hakk]destroyed property and attacked cadres. On Febru ary 20, 1977, [Hakk]was arrested by Angkar.
