In 1973, Comrade Saom Koeun [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in Kampong Svay District, Kampong Thom Province. [Koeun]stayed with the military until 1976 when indoctrinated by the Chief of Military Politics, Bureau to betray the revolution and became a CIA agent, penetrating the revolution. [Koeun]spread critical words about difficulties of the revolution in an attempt to entice peop le to became CIA agents, to encouraged people to destroy telephone line equipment, to oppose the party line and to make plans, until arrested by Angkar.
