Summary / Abstract :

Chhas Uom [allegedly]was a CIA sleuth in 1966 and started to inspire people to hate the Khmer Rouge and to build up CIA forces. In 1973, [Uom]joined Pol Pot's soldiers in order to spy on them. [Uom]th en gathered combatants in reserve for attacking Pol Pot's supporters. If this plan failed, they would round up and evacuate people to Thailand and ask Thailand for support to counter-attack Pol Pot's forces. In July 1977, [Chhas Uom]was arrested by Angkar.
