In 1973, Phouk Saophaon [allegedly]was in the revolution's military force and joined a traitorous group, acting against the revolution and teaching combatants to contact with people's children. [Saoph aon]encouraged combatants to flee the battlefield and to destroy rice crops when showing. At the base, [Phouk Saophaon]created a football team which was against Angkar's line. [Phouk Saophaon]was arre sted on 20 May, 1977.
