Tum Chin alias Chamreon was a spy in Kien Svay District to keep track of Ke's activities, [Tum Chin]propagadized students to join military service, and infiltrated Pray Sor prison as a confessor in or der to convince revolutionaries in the prison, in 1965. In 1971, [Tum Chin]infiltrated the revolution in Region 25 as a medical worker and killed people by injection, by providing no medicine and necl ecting to treat patients until they died, in order to weaken the revolution's forces. [Tum Chin]also destroyed medical materials, left combatants who fought against the Vietnamese to die, and killed p iglets. On 2 January, 1978, [Tum Chin]was arrested by Angkar.
