Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Hun Phan [allegedly]joined the revolution and was a Company Commander in Region 25. Hun Phan was a CIA member in 1975 and worked against Khmer Rouge activities in Region 25, Phnom Penh and No rtheast Zone. Hun Phan caused combatants to hate each other, worked freely and did not follow the Angkar line Hun, as Hun Phan did not build a high enough dam, which caused water to destroy dams and r ice fields. When Hun Phan controlled the border combatants were allowed to fire into the air freely.
