Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Proeng Khan joined the revolution as a Team Chief of Battalion 452, Division 450, in Soung Division, Kampong Thom. In 1976, [Proeng Khan]was transferred to the headquarters of Battalion 66. I n 1977, [Khan]was allegedly educated to join the CIA by Chor, a Team Chief responsible for electric power in the heaquarters of Battalion 66 to build up CIA forces. [Khan]then created conflict in the headquaters to split up units forces in order to gather traitorous forces, and destroyed property in the headquaters, even Kinin trees and Accasia trees. [Khan]committed the actions until arrested by Angkar in 1977.
