Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Seng Preng, a tribal Phnorng person [allegedly]served the revolution in 1972 and betrayed the revolution by becoming a member of the Vietnam Workers' Party following the advice of Kham Phoun. [Pheng]propagandized among female youths to support Vietnam, by supplying food to Vietnamese troops and destroying the revolution's property, rice crops and provoked disputes giving a bad image to re volution policy. [Pheng]did such things until arrested in August, 1977.
