Brey Doeu was a youth in Region 5, betrayed the revolution by shooting at youth in the back during fighting, and inspired people to desert and go back home. In 1975, [Brey Doeu]was a team Chief in Khl ang Sain, Russei Keo, involved in making plans to burn Russei Keo warehouse, lathe workshop and car tyre factory but failed to do it, then came up with an idea to steal fuel to fill a car in order to drive to hide in Srok Sot Nikum to set up traitorous forces there. In July 1976, [Brey Doeu]was arrested by Angkar.
