Um Norn gave a statement about the alleged traitorous activities of Yoeun, Committee Chief of Region 22. He had taken up activities against Pol Pot since 1973 by motivating people not to trust the Khmer Rouge, but instead to support and assist Vietnam. He allegedly even used to spy for Vietnam to shell Khmer Rouge military camps, killing many KR soldiers and destroying military equipment, and allowed soldiers to go about enjoying drinks, to spoil the Khmer Rouge line.
អ៊ុំ នន បានផ្ដល់របាយការណ៍អំពីសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ យឿន, ប្រធានគណៈតំបន់២២។ គាត់ (យឿន) បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងនឹង ប៉ុល ពត តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ដោយញុះញង់ប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យជឿជាក់លើខ្មែរក្រហម ប៉ុន្ដែបែរជាគាំទ្រ និង ជួយវៀតណាម។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ធ្វើជាចារកិច្ច សម្រាប់វៀតណាម ដើម្បីវាយប្រហារមូលដ្ឋានយោធាខ្មែរក្រហម សម្លាប់, សម្លាប់យោធាខ្មែរក្រហមជាច្រើន និង បំផ្លាញអាវុធ យុទ្ធភណ្ឌ និង បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យយោធាចេញទៅផឹកស៊ីតាមចិត្ដ ដើម្បី បំផ្លាញមាគ៌ាខ្មែរក្រហម។
