Summary / Abstract :
|
Nhem Chheang, combatant in Division 290, was in Chakrei traitorous network. After Chakrei was arrested, the network in Region 290 went to propagandize and contact the unit of Region 24. [Chheang]propa gandized against the revolution and incited inhabitants to steal livestock, Angkar's property and caused disputes in the cooperatives. [Chheng]called a meeting related to Chakrei's release. [Chheang]a ssigned Tout, Commanding Officer, to kill Angkar's men. In October 1976, [Nhem Chheang]was arrested by Angkar.
