Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1963, Khek Pen alias Son [allegedly]joined the CIA under the leadership of Tiv Ol and Mai Lun, in order to build up forces among students and teachers. In 1970-74, [Khek Pen]worked in the ranks of the revolution, making the people dissatified with the leadership, allowing enemies to do business inside the liberated area, and supporting Lon Nol military forces. In 1976-77, [Khek Pen]took charge of the Public Commercial Section, and had a relationship with the Thai about American CIA activities until arrested by Angkar.
