In 1974, Sao Tuon alias Than, became a combatant in Kampong Thom Province. In 1977, [Than][allegedly]joined the CIA and destroyed property and plantations of the units. [Than]watered plants without en ough water and pumped too much water into the paddy which spoiled the young seedlings. [Than]wandered freely without obeying the rules. Then, [Than]was arrested by Angkar.
