Summary / Abstract :

Sin Leng [allegedly]was a soldier in Region 22. [Leng]and other traitors in Region 22 encouraged combatants to desert the line. [Leng]quarrelled with inhabitants, destroyed agricultural facilities, ri ce seedlings and ammunition. [Leng]planned to attack the revolution between 1976-77. Leng was arrested for his traitorous acts.
