Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Sorn Oeung [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in charge of two-way radio communication in a regiment in Takeo. In 1976, [Oeung]joined the CIA, and started to conduct actions agai nst the Khmer Rouge by disrupting radio communication, damaging communication systems, destroying property and crops, and inspiring combatants to join the CIA in order to oppose the Khmer Rouge. In 19 77, [Sorn Oeung]was arrested by Angkar.
