Huot Ham [allegedly]worked for the Ministry of Commerce in Pol Poty's Logistic Section. [Ham]conducted traitorous actions by inspiring people to join the Red Bat Party and to distrust Pol Pot's leader ship, and incited them to destroy Pol Pot's property. [Ham]conducted these actions until arrested by Angkar in 1977. (Note: In 1973, [Ham]was sent to prison for one year, where he convinced many of th e prisoners to join the Red Bat Party.)
