Summary / Abstract :

Lim Sun, [allegedly]a Cambodian living in Laos, joined Lao soldiers in 1962. In 1972, [Sun]quitted the Lao soldiers and worked in charge of external affairs for France. [Sun]was later transferred by F rench to work as a spy for Vietnam in order to monitor Lao feelings about Vietnamese people and which parties opposed Vietnam. In 1978, [Sun]came into Cambodia in order to inspire Cambodian people to support Vietnam and to spy on Khmer military forces. In addition, [Sun]educated Vietnamese people to make Khmer people to get into conflict with one another so that it would be easy for them to conque r Steung Treng Province.
