Ses Tein used to serve for the Democratic Party presided by Iev. In 1966, [Tein]fled to live in Laos, and then [allegedly]worked as a spy for Laos and Vietnam to spy on the situation in Cambodia in 19 78. At that time, [Tein's]assignment was to assess the military population of Cambodia, particularly in Steung Treng and Ratanak Kiri Province, and to find strategic maps of Steung Treng, Kratie and R atanak Kiri.
