Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Kong Bun Lin [allegedly]joined the CIA, investigating Khmer Rouge activity in Kampong Cham. [Lin]cooperated with the CIA network in Stung Treng Province. In 1970, [Lin]hid in the revolution a nd moved to Ratanak Kiri where [Lin]propagandized people not to like the revolution and inspired combatants to flee to the forest. In 1975, [Lin]inspired people to act against collective eating, to hi de rice after pounding and reserved military for attacking from outside. During 1976-77, [Lin]cooperated with Vietnamese, reporting on the revolution sites and military force. [Lin]hid Vietnamese forc es until arrested on 2nd March, 1978.
