Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1966, Mirith joined the revolution. In 1969, he gathered and incited students to oppose the revolution and was finally arrested and jailed for destroying and burning news printing equipment. In 197 0 the Khmer Rouge prisoners were released and Mirith became a spy in Zone 25. He later became a city postman; and again took action to destroy news printing buildings. During 1975-77, he was transferr ed by Angkar to be in charge of Sre Ambil and there he was arrested for undermining the salt production plan.
