Summary / Abstract :
Sophan told secretary of Free Khmer regime called "Eastern Party"or Ëast Party Central Committee "joined by Seung Ngoc Thanh, Hem Khieu,Pheom, Chhouk, Chakrey and Vinh Khinh, which operated since the times of Japan, France, and up to anti-Sihanouk and anti-Lon Nol times. To continue the revoltuion, the clique went to Vietnam for support and in turn provided rice to Vietnam from 1970-76 together wi th 23.3 milion dollars, 298 kilograms of gold as well as 50 pieces of diamond, which were transported Via the Eastern Zone by Pheom, Chhouk and Chakrey. The exchange was very confidential and they use d sleuths to get the goods. Angkar knew nothing about it since 1970.
