Summary / Abstract :
In 1963, In Vorn [allegedly]was a spy for a District Chief in Region 102, who spied in the Sub-District in order to educate people to oppose the revolution, put people under the control of enemies, ke ep track of the situation in the Sub-District and monitor the Khmer Rouge. When Vietnamese entered Steung Treng, [In Vorn]fled to Laos and came back in 1970. Then, [In Vorn]joined the revolution, comm itted betrayal in collaboration with Phoem, encouraged people to desert the defense line, destroyed guns by pouring salty water into them and cooperated with Tiv Ol in writting leaflets, until arreste d by Angkar on February 29, 1977.
