Summary / Abstract :

Chear Phin was a member of Kuomintang Party when [he]was in China. In 1932, [Phin]educated Ing Tong Hai to join Kuomingtang through the theories of the book "3 principles for people". In 1949, Phin]jo ined the People's Revolutionary Party of Kampuchea in Battambang, then jointly built up Kuomintang's forces against the communist revolution. In 1968, [Phin]joined the CIA and infiltrated Kratie Provi nce with Brother "Number 1". In 1975, [Phin]went to contact traitorous networks in Phnom Penh to find means such as shooting or poisoning food to kill Brothers. On 13 March, 1978, [Phin]was arrested b y Angkar.
