Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Men Phoeun [allegedly]entered the CIA and started to spy on the Khmer Rouge. Between 1968-70, [Phoeun]incited people to support Lon Nol and oppose communists. [Phoeun]spoiled demonstration by students and teachers and encouraged people to join the army. In 1975, [Phoeun]planned to destroy the revolution. [Phoeun]hid medicine and food to supply traitor troops in Thailand. [Phoeun]executed people, destroyed national road 6 and Angkars' collectives and encouraged people to escape to Thailand. On 4 May, 197, [Phoeun]was arrested by Angkar.
