Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Han [allegedly]joined CIA through Preap's education, to spy in the revolution in the service of the Free Khmer. In 1971, [Han]went to spy in Phnom Penh to keep track of the Khmer Rouge line, and dropped leaflets criticizing the Khmer Rouge. After the 1975 liberation day, [Han]was transferred by Angkar, and inspired people to destroy Angkar property. During 1976-77, [Han]went to work with Duch in Phnom Penh, created disorder in the unit, committed arson, and eliminated documents in order not to be found at fault by Angkar. On 14 March, 1977, [Han]was arrested by Angkar.
