Summary / Abstract :
|
Chhy Hoy [allegedly]joined the CIA in 1970. [Hoy]came to spy in the revolutionary network, built up CIA forces, leaked reports to the enemies and broke through the revolution's military defense line, resulting in the many deaths of combatants. During 1975-77, [Hoy]smashed Angkar's cars when there were superiors coming to visit Zone 5, and made plan to attack Zone 5 in order to take back power from the Khmer Rouge. On 4 July 1977, [Hoy]was arrested by Angkar.
