Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Prum Ky [allegedly]was a spy, assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge activities. In 1970, [Ky]joined the Khmer Rouge revolution as a Military Commander in Region 11. In activities against the Khmer R ouge, [Ky]led soldiers into battle and reported to enemies to shell the Khmer Rouge soldiers, inspired combatants and people to escape to Thailand, arranged a plan to attack the Khmer Rouge, and encou raged female medical workers not to treat Khmer Rouge combatants so the number of Khmer Roug soldiers would be reduced. On 30 November, 1976, [Prum Ky]was arrested by Angkar.
