Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Soam Vin joined the revolution as a secretary in Sangkat in Bateay Chakkrei, Region 23. Vin started tratorous actions against the revolution in 1974 with Chakkrei, Committee Chief in Region 2 3 for support and education, and was assigned to split the revolution forces by provoking people to oppose the revolution. Vin also built up traitorous forces to be thiefs and to undertake terrorism.
